Istanbul Sapphire is the tallest building of Europe (Moscow excluded) with its 261 meters antenna height. It bears the characteristics of being a mixed project which includes residence, shopping center, observation deck usages. Its construction is started in the year 2006 and then it is completed in March of the year 2011. It is composed of 10 basements and 56 floors above the ground. There is an observation deck at the floors 54-56. The observation deck, which is granted the Tourism Certificate by the Ministry of Tourism, presents a magnificent Istanbul landscape to its guests from 261 meters height and it is a first in Turkey. The shopping center is composed of 6 floors in total, and it has subway connection from the 3rd basement floor.
Sapphire is the symbol of knowledge, skill, experience and success of Kiler REIT in the real estate sector. There are natural ventilation and wide gardens which present real live plants and neighboring culture. The vertical gardens are one of the privileges presented by the project and its double façade application provides comfort. While the front at the outside has the duty of security shield, it protects the interior space from the outer influences and noise. Thus, the residence inhabitants experience the comfort and privilege at the uppermost levels.
