Within the scope of the project to be developed on the land located on Block no. 10510, Parcel no. 1 and Block no. 10299 and Parcel no. 3 in Istanbul City, Pendik District, Dolayoba Neighborhood as a result of the Tender for Revenue Sharing in Return for Land Sales held by T.R. İller Bankası A.Ş. for said land, an Agreement for Revenue Sharing in Return for Land Sales was signed between T.R. İller Bankası A.Ş. and Pendik Joint Venture of Kiler Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. & Biskon Yapı A.Ş., 99% of the shares of which are held by our Company. In addition to its close location to Sabiha Gökçen Airport and Pendik Marina, the aforementioned area has very serious advantages in terms of transportation as it has an E-5 frontage and is integrated with Tavşantepe Metro Station. Also, the elevation difference of the land also offers sea views from all points. Concept drawings of the project continue.
